Moncton, New Brunswick (NB) – July 30, 2026 - Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) hereby gives notice that the Snow Crab fishery in fishing Area 19 will close pursuant to the conditions of the Snow Crab fishing licences.
Effective July 30, 2026, at 18:00 hrs Atlantic Daylight Time (ADT), all fishing for Snow Crab in Area 19 must cease as fishing activities are completed and the quota has been captured.
